SF-2 Boundary Lubricating Bearing

FZ Linear Bearing (With steel ball retainer)

FZH copper-basis , FZL al-basis and FZP resin-basis balls retaining rings have specially-processed holes with ordered sorting, proper size and special size on the surface of excircle. The rolling bearing balls are embedded in these holes. Thanks to latest groove-circle-clock-ball technology and the 90¡ãrabbet on the bottom of holes, the ball retaining rings can effectively prevent the steel balls from shedding off. With the tight fits between steel balls and holes or axles, the ball retaining rings have very high fit precisions, thus are the ideal substitutes of original retaining rolls.

The bearings that use balls retaining rings can reduce the exceedingly big friction due to the tight fits between steel balls and holes or axles, thus they enjoy higher operating precision, smaller friction and longer service life. With excellent performance, the bearings can be used with the operating modes of rolling and sliding. The bearings have been extensively applied in cold punching rolling die carriers, high-precision machine tools and their accessories, for which high-precision axial operation, or radial operation, or twoway simultaneous operation are required.
